Terms of service

By working with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These conditions govern our relationship throughout the entire service process, ensuring clear and mutually beneficial collaboration.

1. Payments

- Payments for our services must be paid at least half in advance with the possibility of a split payment with an extra charge of 150€. Once the estimated budget is accepted, an invoice will be sent to your PayPal account. Payment must be made within the next 24 hours, or your order will be canceled, and your slot may be taken by another person.

- Prices may vary depending on devices availability and based on the high complexity of the character design or custom content chosen by the client. In any case, the final price will be sent in the estimate by Kurinu E-Pets.

- Payments are only accepted through PayPal or cash during specific events or cons. Only payments in euros will be accepted. Although other currencies are not accepted directly, PayPal provides the option of currency exchange for your convenience.

Partial Payment Scheme: The payment for the order will be made in two installments, which include the surcharge for choosing this payment option:
-First Payment: 50% of the total value of the order, to be paid when the order is placed.
-Second Payment: The remaining 50%, to be paid one month after the first payment (starting from the day the first payment is made).

Payment Reminder: Three weeks after the first payment has been made, we will contact the client through the agreed method to remind them that the second payment must be made within one week. It is the client's responsibility to keep their contact information up to date.

Non-Payment and Penalties: If the client fails to make the second payment within the specified time frame, or if the client cannot be reached, the following conditions will apply:
-Order Cancellation: If the client does not make the second payment and it is not possible to establish contact within the indicated time, Kurinu E-Pets reserves the right to cancel the order without a refund of the initial payment.
-Late Payment Surcharge: If the client does not pay on time but wishes to continue with the order, an additional surcharge of 25% of the total amount will be applied. The client will have an additional two weeks to pay the remaining balance, including the surcharge.

The client is responsible for making payments on the agreed dates. Kurinu E-Pets is not responsible for delays in delivery or order cancellations resulting from the client's failure to comply with the payment terms.

2. Commissions and work deadlines

- Each order will have an approximate production time of 2-4 months, and we will keep the commissioners informed via Telegram or email about its progress.

- All the process (as the character/fursonas adaptation) must be approved by the commissioner before proceeding with the product's development. Without these checkpoints, the order may be stalled, which could lengthen the finish deadline compared to other orders commissions.

- Changes requested after the checkpoints will incur an additional cost to the commissioner. (Example: To change the character/fursona's adaptation after the ok)

- Changing the BASE PACK or other customized content once the illustration and programming process has begun will incur an additional cost to the commissioner.

- No content or digital files related to the video game programming will be shared with the commissioners. In cases where the order includes extras, we will only share the telegram sticker pack LINK to the commissioner.​

3. Rights and intellectual property

- Kurinu E-Pets holds the copyright to its customized products.

- By requesting an order with us, you agree that Kurinu E-Pets will maintain usage rights, allowing us to use the orders to promote ourselves and showcase our work done.

- It is important for our clients to understand that, even though they have placed an order with us, they do not acquire the right to replicate the device or appropriate Kurinu E-Pets content, which is part of its programming. This includes any technical, creative, or design aspects developed by our team.

- All images and texts on our website and Telegram are protected as intellectual property of Kurinu E-Pets. This means they are not authorized for reproduction, modification, or use without our express consent.

4. Contact

- At Kurinu E-Pets, we are committed to maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the order process. We only have email and Telegram for this communication. When contacting us, please ensure to ONLY speak with Yenna or Sima, as no one else represents our product. You can stay updated through our official Telegram broadcast channel for product assistance. This is crucial to avoid potential fraud and ensure the security and authenticity of our interactions.

5. Device usage

By submitting the form, you agree to have read the device instructions and user manual to ensure it meets your needs. These instructions contain details that differentiate misuse of the device by the user. It is important to emphasize that our responsibility is limited to following the provided instructions, and we are not responsible for the user's misuse of the device.

6. Returns and tecnical assitance

- All devices have been rigorously tested before shipping and, therefore, should not have any faults. It is essential to remember the detailed reading of the instructions to ensure the correct use of the device.

- We have a returns and technical assistance policy to resolve any issues related to the device. It is mandatory to contact us via Telegram, the link of which you will find here.

- Returns will not be accepted unless there is a serious error in the programming. In the event of this occurring, the customer must return the product to us. Once reviewed and the problem confirmed, the corresponding return process will begin.

- Technical assistance will follow the same procedure. It is important to note that, as detailed in the instructions, user errors such as device reset are not the responsibility of Kurinu E-Pets. In such cases, we recommend contacting us for technical assistance at an additional cost to retrieve the content or resolve the issue.

7. Privacy and security policy

- We collect personal data to process your orders and ensure effective communication. Your data is deleted once the order is completed. We do not share your information with third parties and maintain security measures to protect your data

8. Changes to terms and conditions

- Kurinu E-Pets reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions as our project evolves.
